Benefits in captive balloon flights

What is a captive flight ?

The balloon will be held to the ground by ropes of sufficient length to enable the balloon to reach an height of 15 to 25 meters depending on the weather. The balloon will go up and down so that a large number of participants could experience this unique magical moment of discovery (about 50 persons / hour). This makes it attractive for private or public events with an important number of participants.

How will it be organized ?

The day before, we will confirm the appointment depending on the weather (we cannot fly if the wind is above 16 km / hour).
The day of the event, we will prepare the ropes, prepare the material, inflate the balloon in front of the participants to create a real interaction and a real show.
Once everything will be ready, our ground team will ensure the safety of the participants, who will be accompanied to a waiting zone before climbing into the balloon to experience the ride up, about 20 meters, to spend few minutes in the air, to take pictures and discover the landscape from a different angle, before landing back to the ground allowing the other participants to share the same experience.

Advice to prepare a captive flight

• A clear and unobstructed area (about 50 x 50 meters). Our team will check the area well in advance before the event and confirm if the area will be suitable.


• If you do not advertise the event, it will remain under a private scheme, no legal declaration will be necessary, just a simple agreement from the landlord of the place.


• If you open your event to the public, it will be subject to the ministerial decree of April 4th, 1996 which requires few administrative registration that we will be happy to undertake for you at the aeronautical district. We will collect the necessary information from your organization (place, date, timing, name and title of the person in charge)...very simple application !!

Full payment of fixed cost will be required at the booking of the event. In case of bad weather, the full amount will be refunded.
